clothesline and basket with silhouetted figures
reduction woodblock relief print

A print commemorating the love and marriage of my parents. Legend has it that in 1946 my mother went out to hang clothes on the line to dry and never came back. She eloped with the young man that was to be my dad. 70 years later they were still holding hands.
